JET on Campus brings Jewish life to students attending Carleton University, University of Ottawa and Algonquin College.

A variety of fun and educational programs are run year round to foster a connection between university students and Ottawa’s Jewish community. These events celebrate Jewish life, providing occasions for Jewish students to meet and socialize with one another, and leaving students with memorable Jewish experiences from their university years.

JET on Campus is currently featuring an innovative Torah study program — Torah on Tap — where students can get to discuss Jewish topics of their choice and get to know each other in the comfort of their university pub.

Shabbat dinners are a great opportunity for students to feel connected to their heritage and community while welcoming the Sabbath in the warmth of a Jewish family home.

Click through the left side of this page for a complete list of programs, and don’t forget to check back often to learn about new programs.

Rabbi Avraham Gross and the JET staff are here for you. We pride ourselves on working with university students on every level. Whether you have an in-depth question about the Judaism or Jewish life, are having difficulty with a course, or just want to know how to make a tuna sandwich, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
